MC: Today’s showcase will be featuring an appearance by Mr KHJ

Voiceover: KHJ, as ss501’s leader, together with TVXQ, has, in the world of music, has become a focal point (names that cannot be left out) of the Hallyu Wave. Kim Hyun Joong successfully concluded a ‘Playful Kiss‘ event @ Tokyo International Forum

On August 2nd, SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong and actress Jung So Min successfully concluded a ‘Playful Kiss‘ event at the Tokyo International Forum.

Over 10,000 fans showed up for the event, all of whom were chosen through a special lottery, since applications for seats exceeded the total amount allowed. The fans wildly showed their enthusiasm for the Hallyu star, and the event has been described by the media as a ‘passionate’ one.

After sharing tidbits from the film set, Kim Hyun Joong tried to get closer with his fans through special events like ‘OX Quizzes’. He then went on to perform “Thank You” and “One More Time” from the “Playful Kiss” OST, as well as “Kiss Kiss” from his solo mini-album.

Kim will be completing further interviews and magazine photoshoots before returning to Korea.

In order to congratulate Singer Kim Hyung Jun on his birthday, members of SS501 sent wreath of flowers, which caught everyone’s attention.

On the 3rd of August 7pm at the 100th anniversary memorial hall of Yonsei University, Kim Hyung Jun had an ‘oH! aH!’ concert together with his fans, to celebrate his own 25th birthday.

On Kim Kyu Jong’s flower wreath, he gave his message as, ” oH~aH~you’re the man of the moment, I’m in the midst of recording” while on Heo Young Saeng’s wreath, he wrote, “Happy Birthday”.

Meanwhile, SS501 Singer Kim Hyung Jun has released his first single album in Japan on the 27th last month.

Kim Hyung Jun has launched full-scale events in Japan, starting off with his first solo single album “Long Night”.

Earlier on in January, Kim Hyung Jun’s company had also gave notice of having signed a contract with Avex Japan.

Kim Hyung Jun celebrates his 25th Birthday with fans

Singer Kim Hyung Jun from SS501 had a great time with his fans on his birthday.

On August 3rd, the charismatic singer threw the “Two! Five!” mini concert for his 25th birthday at the Yonsei University 100th Memorial Concert Hall which is located in Seodaemun gu, Seoul.

He started the concert by singing his hit song, ‘My girl’ at 7PM. 600 fans greeted him by yelling out a loud cheer when he finally appeared on stage.

After his first song, Hyung Jun stated, “I prepared a lot for this, please keep your eye on me, and enjoy the show

After that, he greeted the fans singing “Sleepless Night” which was recently released in Japan, he also sang “If this Night Passes”.

Kim Hyung Jun also stated, “I just came back from Japan after my first Japanese single” and also added that he has worked very hard similar to that of a rookie performer. He also mentioned that he will be holding a fan signing event and will also appear on upcoming broadcasts.

Besides the concert itself, there were fun side events such as a lottery raffle for various prizes. All in all, he made the atmosphere fun with his quick wit and jokes. He also spent some time cutting his 25th birthday cake, and opened lovely birthday gifts that were given to him by his beloved fans.

His good friend, comedian Han Min Kwan, MC’ed the event. His younger brother Ki Bum and G.O from MBLAQ also made a special guest appearance.

Kim Hyung Jun concluded the event by inviting fans who won the main lottery raffle to the stage, and gave them some presents, he also took pictures together with the winners.
